This is Ikura-don in Cycle, which is a rice bawl food with salmon caviar. It tastes like sushi of salmon caviar, but is more rich and gorgeous because you can devour huge amount of them.
The green monkey is wasabi.
The .blend file contains salmon caviar particle, rice particle, wasabi, bawl, chopsticks. The caviar is droping particle so you can change the scene setting by particle simulation.
