A model I wasn't able to find and I did by my self. It's a typical garden/balcony wooden grid with ivy on it (created with ivy generator). Ivy leaf texture taken from http://blenderartists.org/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=276833&d=1387196280. Model is low poly (ivy is medium). Sorry if the .blend file is "bit" large, but no way to simplify the ivy model.
