Section Toolbox (STB)

Description

Section Toolbox adds parametric section boxes and planar sections to Blender with live controls, per-axis anchors, and clean 2D exports (SVG/DXF). Generate cut and projection/elevation lines that are occlusion-aware (near geometry hides far geometry), plus filled cut faces for closed loops. Each run is versioned into tidy, nested collections, and exports are view-aligned with optional Flip X/Y.

Core workflow:

Box: Fit a box to the current selection → live Width/Depth/Height, Move, Rotate → pick a face (±X/±Y/±Z) → generate _cut + _projection → export SVG/DXF.
Plane: Create XY/XZ/YZ plane → choose Direction (+N/−N) & Depth (slab) → live Size U/V with anchors → generate elevation → export SVG/DXF.

Exports:

SVG: thin strokes (0.25) + filled polygons for closed cuts.
DXF: pure 2D LINE entities at Z=0, view-aligned by a saved Frame2D (use Flip X/Y to match your drawing convention).

安装方法

打开 Blender「编辑 → 偏好设置 → 获取扩展（Get Extensions）」，搜索 Section Toolbox，可直接从官方库安装。
