Here's what I did with Jonathan Williamson's Female Base Mesh. http://www.blendswap.com/blends/characters/female-body-character-basemesh/ . A trip to Nightmare's Salon and voila… Added simple a face rig for blinking and smiling. Standard Rigify Rig. All the texturing was done with Blender Paint, except the dress pattern.
