Note:(For Blender 2.8) When you first open the file you will see the pop-up prompt. Make sure you check on the box Permanently allow execution of scripts and hit Allow Execution. This way the script the runs in my file manipulating the rig will be able to run on your machine. Promise this isn't a virus or anything Blender is just trying to warn you if there is an alienated script and see if you mean to use that script.
