"Baby 2" – Rig has own panel with selection tools (and tooltips), Arm and Fingers Positions.

Fingers Selection: Ctrl-Click = Select and Insert Keyframes.

Awesome "Easy Select Bones" addon from Chichige-Bobo, is also included. Hotkey "Alt + Q" give us highly customizable selection Menu at Cursor.
